SALES TAX

Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all orders delivered within the state of Florida in the United States.  The applies to product only and not shipping fees.

HOW TO USE PROMOTIONAL CODES

Enter your promotional code during checkout in the box labeled “PROMO CODE”,  if valid your discount will be applied to your transaction.  You can only enter 1 transactional discount per order.  However you can combine a transactional discount with a shipping discount.  

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We are committed to ensuring that all products listed are current and in stock on our site unless otherwise stated as “SOLD OUT.” Items that are stored in your shopping cart do not a guarantee that the product will be there during checkout.  It is possible that while your order is processing the stock levels update.  Also if two individuals have the same item in their shopping cart the one whose payment is processed first will be entitled to that item.   In this case please reference the Sold Out Policy below for further assistance.

SOLD OUT PRODUCT

Items that are listed as “SOLD OUT” are either on backorder in production or are no longer in inventory.  Please Contact Us for further assistance as there might be something we can do to assist you.  We will respond to your inquiry by end of the next business day.  

COLORS DISPLAYED ONLINE

We make every attempt to ensure the colors shown online are as accurate as possible.  Colors may vary slightly based on your monitor; therefore  we can not guarantee the colors shown on your monitor will be 100% accurate to the final product.

ORDER STATUS

Orders are processed within 1 business day (not including all major US holidays).  Once orders are processed you will receive an email confirmation with your order number along with any applicable shipping information.  If you have not received an email confirmation please Contact Us and we will respond within 24 hrs to determine if your order was indeed processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Domestic Orders:

will be charged a standard flat rate shipping of $4.95 (Domestic includes all orders shipped within the 50 US states, US territories,  AFO, DFO and PO Boxes) 

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within 3-5 business days, however its not guaranteed.

Orders are processed and shipped by the next business day.  Once orders are processed you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information

 

International Orders:

will be charged a standard flat rate shipping of $8.95.  Orders are shipped First Class International Mail by USPS and will arrive within 7-14 business days.  The time frame is not guaranteed.

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country.  EPPURELUCA is not responsible for any possible custom duties, fees or taxes.  The recipient assumes all applicable charges.  

Rest assure that all packages are shipped with postage fully paid.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping options.  

HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER

Only orders shipped within the 50 US States, US territories, AFO, DFP and PO Boxes will be provided with tracking information.  The tracking information will be included in the confirmation email with the order details.  Tracking information is unavailable for International orders.  If you did not receive an order confirmation please review the policy for ORDER STATUS above and Contact Us.

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED

We do our best to ensure all items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping.  If there is an error, we apologize and will be quick to resolve the situation.  Contact Us immediately and we will respond by the next business day. 

We will email you a Pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item.  Once we receive the incorrect item we will expedite the shipping of the correct item which you will receive the next business day GUARANTEED! and free of charge.  For International Orders you will receive your corrected items within 6-10 business days. 

Please note for International orders the time frame is not guaranteed and will depend on your local customs department.  EPPURELUCA is not responsible for any possible custom duties, fees or taxes.  The recipient assumes all applicable charges.  Also we will not reimburse any fees that were previously incurred. 

RETURN POLICY

We gladly offer a Store Credit Voucher only on all unworn merchandise in original condition that arrives to our facility within 30 days from the purchase date.   Items that are scented, stained and/ or laundered will not be Returned or Exchanged (scented includes, and is not limited to, fragrances and cigarette smoke).  Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and tags attached.

To request a return you will first need to complete a Return/ Exchange Form  We will respond to your submission by the next business day.  If your return is authorized we will email you an Authorization Form that you will need to print and include with the merchandise you are returning.  Within the Authorization Form we will reiterate the Policies and Procedures associated with Returning/ Exchanging merchandise to ensure you are completely aware.  It will also include the return shipping information.  Any merchandise that arrives at our facility without an Authorization Form will be rejected and the customer will assume responsibility for the returned shipping of their package.

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product.  We advise that you have tracking information and insure the value of goods, for your protection, as Eppureluca is not responsible for merchandise loss by your selected shipping company.  It also provides proof that the package was delivered to us.

Please note that shipping fees, duties and taxes incurred will not be returned at any time.

Once the return arrives at our facility, we will review it and send notification within 24 hrs stating whether your return is approved based on the policies outlined above.  

Any items shipped to us that have failed to meet the guidelines stated in our Return/ Exchange Policy will be denied.  The Customer will assume responsibility for the return shipping of their denied merchandise.  In the event your return is denied we will provide you an explanation for clarity.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand with shopping online you may get your size wrong on occasion and for this reason we offer an exchange.  Exchanges ONLY apply to "INTIMO" merchandise that is the same style and color....just a different size.  Exchanges are valid on all unworn merchandise in original condition that arrives to our facility within 30 days from the purchase date

With these types of exchanges we will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you, however you will responsible for shipping charges to return your incorrect size. 

If we are out of stock of the requested size, you will be authorized to select another color from the same style in the size you need; otherwise your exchange will be processed as a return. (see Return Policy above for further details)

STORE CREDIT VOUCHER

Store Credits are issued for all Return and Exchange transactions (this excludes exchanges for the same style and color but a different size).  Once the return packagage arrives at our facility and the merchandise has been processed and approved you will receive an email confirmation along with your electronic Store Credit. 

Store Credits are valid from 1 year of the date of issue.    Store credits are transferable and can be used by anyone.  Enter the Store Credit number into the promo code section during checkout and the voucher amount will be deducted from the transaction.  

If  you have misplaced the electronic Store Credit Contact Us immediately.  Once we receive your information we will investigate and if applicable we will reissue you the same electronic Store Credit  number in the amount of the remaining balance only.  

Eppureluca is not responsible for stolen Store Credit information as we do not track the user information since they are transferrable. 

All transactions using a Store Credit will follow all current Return Policy guidelines.

 

PROMOTIONAL AND SALE ITEMS

Items that are listed as Promotional or Sale will follow the same guidelines as listed above in the Return/ Exchange Policy.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do offer a 1 time Price Adjustment on purchases made within 4 days of the purchase date.  This applies to items that were purchased at full price only and does not include any previous items purchased at promotional or sale prices.  If applicable, the difference  will be credited in the form of a Store Credit.  The credit details will be emailed to you (See the Store Credit Voucher policy for details).

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

INTIMO COLLECTION

Defective merchandise is defined as INTIMO COLLECTION merchandise that may arrive defective.  If this occurs please Contact Us immediately as we want to help resolve the situation.  Once we review the information we may ask that you provide photos of the defective merchandise.  If the item indeed arrived defective we will assist in sending a replacement and will contact you with specific instructions.
